I want these videos to be helpful and easy to understand without Autism being the focus. I'm choosing the labels Limited Eds. vs. Unlimited editions to be fair and respectful to the differences on such a "hot topic" in the mental health community. Focusing on the social specific aspects to address the real daily frustrations and obstacles we face every day. I identify as a limited edition because I am limited socially, it affects all areas of my life and has not gotten easier, however I've found peace with who I never was and never will be. I must learn the ways of the unlimited editions who can normalize multitasking and socially engaging for hours, days and weeks at a time, which is something can't imagine doing successfully. There is much to learn from each other. People can easily get triggered by some of the topics and views between the two groups. This something is actually a great opportunity to allow yourself to consider a different viewpoint of the other side.

My philosophy is that of the Austrian psychiatrist Viktor E. Frankl who stated, “the meaning of life differs from man to man, from day to day and from hour to hour.” This is my basis for using Person Centered approach. I focus on the person and what they can do, not their condition. I am flexible in utilizing therapeutic techniques in an uncomplicated, highly effective manner to attain her goal for clients to feel comfortable and confident in their ability to form a therapeutic alliance.
